A2 Music Video Final Draft

This is the final cut for my music video, we have managed to reflect on the focus group and improve certain aspects of our video.

Album Advert (Final Draft)

Upon creating my first draft of my album advert, I have added a few small improvement's that make my album advert seem more professional. For example, I have now included a facebook and twitter page for my artist, along with the record company. Additionally, I have included the itunes logo to inform that it is available for purchase.

Focus Group for Album Advert (First Draft)

This is a focus group video of our discussion about the first draft of my album advert. We spoke about what is good about it and how it can be improved. We also addressed whether it was appealing to my target audience.

Album Advert First Draft

This is the first draft of my album advert for my artist 'GreyStone'. I have included the typical conventions of an album advert by including a hit single and the artist's official website. 

Sketches of Album Advert Ideas

This is the first sketch of my album advert idea. I have sketched the image I would like to use along with the place and position of my artist name. I have also included where I would place my artist website and itunes logo.

This is a second sketch of how to display my album advert. I have decided to use a single image and not included the album cover as too many images can be distracting, I have moved around the artist name to contemplate which position it would be most affective. 

Analysis of Album Advert

This is an analysis of an album advert that I have created using Microsoft Word. I have chosen to present it in this manner and I believe it lays out all my ideas very clearly.

Digipak Final Draft

This is the final draft for my Digipak. I have used photoshop to edit my pictures and to put everything together creatively. After the feedback from my first draft, I have added an album name, and done additional editing to make it look more authentic.

Here is a video of my focus group where we discussed the first draft of my digipak. The girls and I spoke about the choice of lighting, colour scheme and how I could improve for my final draft.

This is the second digipak analysis I created using an album relevant to my chosen genre.

Digipak Analysis

This is a digipak analysis I made to explain the codes and conventions of a typical digipak. I wrote all the analysis on word and then added bits from it to the emaze presentation using images/printscreens. I have also included images of the digipak I was analysing which is 'Electra Heart' by 'Marina and the Diamonds'.
